Terms and conditions
Shopping with Eclectic Velvet
Product prices and available options are shown on the relevant product page, with the order total displayed before payment. Physical product delivery is within Australia only. Please check product dimensions, materials, variants and delivery details before ordering.
Supplier fulfilment
Physical products are fulfilled by the supplier linked to the item. Eclectic Velvet remains your contact for order enquiries, delivery problems and returns. Products from different suppliers may arrive separately. Our Shipping and Returns policies explain the applicable arrangements. Supplier terms do not remove your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Room design service — A$150
This is a photo-based service, not a booked call. Upload a clear photo and tell us what you have in mind. Includes two different visual mock-ups, delivered within one week of purchase. Revisions are not included. Product sourcing links are included; furniture and product purchases are not included in the service price.
Date Night phone consultation — A$260
This is a booked 30-minute phone consultation. Provide a valid phone number including country code. We will call you at your time booked. Available appointments and any booking conditions are shown during the booking process.
Other design enquiries
Full-home, café/restaurant and boutique-hotel projects are enquiry and quotation services. Submitting an enquiry does not purchase a quoted project.
Questions or problems
Use our Contact page with your order or booking reference. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Design imagery
Design concept imagery illustrates a proposed look and does not by itself represent completed client work or items included in a purchase. Refer to the individual product or service description for what is supplied.
